Welcome to Family Wellness where your health, wellness and taking care of your family is the priority!

Family Wellness offers customized Special Diet coaching and family support services.

We work with you, the caregiver, on more effective ways to manage your journey and assist in removing the obstacles that get in your way, including stress! We work together to gain the best outcome for your child.

For those who have been on the diet and are not experiencing the results anticipated, you may want to recieve a free consult to determine if there are any discrepencies in your program. We offer a review to help you fill the gaps!

For those who KNOW they want to start the Gluten-Free/ Casein Free diet, but just don't know where to start, and really don't need support and guidance throughout the journey, there is a program for you! For just $69, you can receive a 90 minute session with the specialize GFCF Diet coach to get your "Game Plan" created and you are on your way!

Having over 17 years of coaching experience, my passion and desire to help others become healthier transformed after my son was diagnosed with "autism" in 2004. Through diet and a great deal of therapy, he's considered a success story, a true miracle and recovered.
